Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white cornmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. melted bacon drippings
Preparation

Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds.
Pour into well-greased and sizzling hot cast-iron pan or skillet.
Bake until well browned, about 20 minutes.
