Shrimp Dip(Hot Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 block cream cheese
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    about 1/4 lb. chopped salad shrimp, well drained
    1 tsp. horseradish (to taste)
    1 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
Preparation
    Blend together over medium heat.
    Serve hot with crackers or bagel crisps.
