Cream Potato Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 oz. pkg. buttermilk biscuit mix
2 3/4 oz. instant potato flakes (Idaho)
1/4 lb. margarine (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring

Preparation

Mix all together and drop by small drops on cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
