Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 oz. frozen hash browns
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1/4 c. melted oleo (for crackers)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix well; save 1/4 cup oleo for crumbled crackers.
    Mix oleo and crackers; sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until lightly browned. Serves 12 to 15.
