Texas Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion, minced
1 can Ranch Style beans, drained
1 c. American processed cheese
1 can Spanish rice
1 can diced green chili peppers
2 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation
-
Brown meat and season with salt, pepper and minced onion.
Add beans, rice, peppers and picante sauce.
Mix well.
Stir in cheese and let simmer until cheese is melted.
Serve over tortilla chips.
