Crawfish Etoufee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 large chopped onion
    2 c. cut up okra
    2 c. canned whole tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. boiled crawfish tails or shrimp
Preparation
    Brown together the bacon fat, onion and okra.
    Add tomatoes, black pepper and salt.
    Add enough water to simmer.
    Cook until tender.
    Add boiled crawfish tails or shrimp.
    Serve over rice. So yummy!
