Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pancake mix
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 medium onions, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Brown chops with salt and pepper, rolled in pancake mix in 2 tablespoons margarine.
Remove and place in roasting pan.
In the same skillet, saute onions with 1 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper and flour.
Cook until blended.
Gradually add 2 cups boiling water.
Cook until thick.
Pour over chops.
Cover pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Gravy can be strained to remove onions.
Serve with rice.
