Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. salsa (recipe below)
    2 bouillon cubes (chicken or beef)
    salt to taste
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil.
    Add other ingredients.
    Cook on high until boiling.
    Lower heat and cook on low 20 minutes or until water is reduced.
