Vegetables With Chicken(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 (4 oz.) chicken breasts, cubed
    1/2 pkg. Hi-Energy Chicken Soup Supplement
    1/2 pkg. Hi-Energy Tomato Soup Supplement
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. cauliflower
    1 c. green peppers
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. celery
    1 c. mushrooms
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place chicken in preheated nonstick frying pan.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 package of chicken soup and tomato soup.
    Add spices and all vegetables except mushrooms.
    Stir-fry for 5 minutes on high.
    In small bowl, combine salad dressing, lemon juice and water.
    Pour over chicken and vegetables.
    Add mushrooms and cook 3 to 4 minutes, adding more water, if necessary.
