Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can condensed tomato bisque soup
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 large (2 medium) zucchini
Preparation
    Scoop out zucchini and chop.
    In skillet, brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano in olive oil until onion is tender.
    Add zucchini pulp, Cheddar cheese and 1/4 can soup.
    Add Parmesan. Fill shells.
    Arrange in shallow baking dish and pour remaining soup over top.
    Sprinkle with more Parmesan.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 5 minutes more.
