Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 slices American cheese
    1 c. sweet milk
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients well. Warm in double boiler the cheese, butter and 1/2 beaten mixture until the cheese melts. Pour into the rest of beaten mixture. Add the milk and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into large (at least 9 3/4-inch) unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
