Teriyaki Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    dash of ginger
Preparation
    Combine ground beef with remaining ingredients; mix well. Shape into 6 patties or 3 large \"steaks\".
    Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes, turning once.
