Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package dry yeast
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 3/4 cup water
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. oil (canola)
    6 cups flour
    1 cup raisins
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Stir in 1 3/4 cup warm water, sugar, salt, oil and 3 1/2 cups flour.
    Beat until smooth. Mix in raisins and remaining flour to make dough easy to handle, then knead till smooth.
    Place in greased bowl and let rise until double.
    Then put layers of dough, cinnamon and sugar in bread pans. (about 8x3) Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.
    Makes 4 loaves.
