Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sliced squash
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain squash.
    Beat eggs slightly.
    Add milk, squash, onion, crumbs, half the cheese, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and pour in buttered casserole.
    Top with remaining cheese and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
