Jelly Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon flavor
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 c. jelly or jam
Preparation
    Set oven at 400\u00b0.
    Line bottom of pan with wax paper.
    Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Beat eggs and flavoring in large bowl with beater.
    Beat, adding sugar gradually.
    Mix hot water and butter.
    Add with flour mixture all at once.
    Beat about 1 minute.
    Fold with spatula until airy.
    Turn into pan, spreading evenly.
    Bake 15 minutes until light brown.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on towel.
    Place cake on towel.
    Peel off paper.
    Cool.
    Roll up cake.
    Unroll after 10 minutes and spread with jelly.
    Roll up again and tuck open end under.
    Sift powdered sugar on top.
