Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 pork chops
    1 pkg. onion and mushroom soup mix
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 Tbsp. butter/margarine
Preparation
    Mix rice, butter, soup mix and water.
    Put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top with pork chops.
    Tightly cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
    Stir rice and serve.
    Makes 4 to 5 servings.
