Hot Cross Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. warm tap water
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. room temperature whole milk
    2 1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water and drained good
    1/3 c. oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar in 1 cup warm water.
