Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    4 slices bread, cubed and crusts off
    salt and pepper to taste
    7 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs, milk and cheese.
    Place bread in a 9 x 13-inch buttered dish.
    Top with sausage.
    Pour egg mixture over sausage. Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
