Broccoli And Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 onion, chopped fine
    4 eggs
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen broccoli
    1 (8 oz.) carton creamed cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 stick oleo
Preparation
    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Mix other ingredients together and pour melted oleo in the mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown on top.
