Breakfast Souffle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    6 slices bread
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed or grated
Preparation
    Cook sausage.
    Cool.
    Cut crusts from bread and cube.
    Mix all ingredients and put in 9 x 13-inch dish and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Can be mixed the night before and put in refrigerator.
