Carrot Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine, softened
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    3 egg whites or 1/2 c. cholesterol-free egg product
    1 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray a square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch) with nonstick cooking spray.
    Beat flours, yogurt, 2/3 cup sugar, margarine, baking powder, baking soda, ginger and egg whites in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in carrot and raisins.
    Spread batter in pan.
