Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 large or 2 medium cucumbers, grated and drained (about 1 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. white vinegar or to taste

Preparation

Grate and process cucumbers; drain and add sour cream, salt and vinegar and blend by hand.
Chill.
