Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can green beans, large
    1 can english peas
    1 small jar pimento
    1 bell pepper, cut in strips
    4 celery stalks, cut in 1/4 inch pieces
    1 red onion, cut in rings
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar and vinegar and heat.
    Add oil and salt.
    Mix all other ingredients together and pour vinegar mixture over it.
    Let stand for a few days.
