Apple Nut Torte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 well beaten eggs (beat 5 minutes)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. peeled and chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and spices into a bowl.
    Make a well and add the eggs with vanilla and beat well.
    Stir in the apples and nuts.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes in a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan in a 325\u00b0 oven.
