Sloppy Joe Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. sour cream
    10 oz. can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion.
    Drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream. Mix all well. Separate dough into 10 biscuits.
    On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit to a 4 x 4-inch square. Fill with Sloppy Joe mix. Fold corner of square to form a triangle.
    Seal edges with a fork. Cut 3 (1/2-inch) slits on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden. Brush with melted butter, if desired.
    Serve while hot.
