Baked Apple And Cheese Pancake - cooking recipe

1/4 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar, Swiss or Jack)
1/2 lemon
2 medium apples or pears, sliced
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Heat butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in oven until hot and bubbly.
Beat flour, milk, salt and eggs until well blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake until sides of pancake are puffed and deep golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Squeeze juice of lemon over apples.
Arrange on pancake. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
