Porcupine In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. each: finely chopped onion, celery and green pepper
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: black pepper and garlic powder
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/3 c. cheese spread
Preparation
    Combine beef, rice, onion, celery, green pepper, egg, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into 1 1/2-inch balls, about 18.
    Place into lightly greased, shallow 2 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine soup, water and catsup; bring to a boil and pour over meat balls.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and stir in cheese spread.
