Cheer'Em Up Salad(Yield: 9 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 (4 serving) pkg. lemon gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. coarsely grated carrots
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    1 (8 oz.) plain or pineapple yogurt
Preparation
    Combine the orange and lemon gelatins.
    Dissolve in boiling water.
    Measure 1 cup.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Add cold water to the remaining gelatin.
    Add pineapple with juice and carrots.
    Pour into a 5 cup mold.
    Chill until set, but not firm. Blend the yogurt mixture into the reserved gelatin.
    Spoon into the mold.
    Chill until firm (4 hours).
    Unmold.
