Shoney'S Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 to 2 cartons frozen strawberries
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 king size 7-Up
red food coloring
pie shell

Preparation

Cook sugar, cornstarch and 7-Up over low heat until thick. Add food coloring until color is suitable.
Pour strawberries into baked pie shell.
Pour mixture over strawberries.
Chill well. Top with Cool Whip.
