Mock Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. uncooked quick oats
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
