Tailgate Salad Bowl - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. each: sliced carrot, cauliflowerets, broccoli, green beans and zucchini
    1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
    6 sliced green onions
    1 seeded and sliced red pepper
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to boil.
    Add carrots and cook 1 minute.
    Add cauliflower and broccoli, cooking 1 more minute.
    Add the green beans cooking 1 more minute.
    Add zucchini and cook 1 minute more.
    Drain well.
    Mix vegetables in a large bowl with peppers and onions.
    Pour your favorite Italian or oil and vinegar dressing over mix.
    Chill, stirring occasionally.
