Orange Glazed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    In skillet, brown chops on both sides in a small amount of hot oil; season with salt and pepper.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Cover; simmer 45 to 50 minutes or until chops are done.
    Remove chops to warm platter. Bring sauce to boiling and spoon over chops.
    Serves 4.
