Chicken Pot Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. peas and carrots
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ground sage
    3/4 c. milk
    2 c. water
    3 chicken bouillon cubes, crushed
    2 oz. jar pimento
    3 c. cooked turkey
    1/4 c. parsley
    pastry (for crust)
Preparation
    Cook vegetables and drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter; saute onion and mushrooms until tender.
    Stir in flour, salt and sage.
