Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Las Palmas enchilada sauce
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large can sliced black olives
    1 chopped onion
    grated Cheddar cheese
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Heat enchilada sauce with one can water.
    Fry tortillas quickly on each side and dip in sauce.
    Fill with ground beef, olives, onion and cheese.
    Roll and place in large Pyrex baking pan.
    Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas.
    Cover generously with cheese.
    Bake approximately 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0, or until bubbly.
