Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 bell pepper
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 jar mushrooms, sliced
    1 small jar pimento, chopped
    dash of soy sauce
    sprinkle of garlic salt
    1 large fryer, boned
    1/4 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Cook fryer and debone.
    Cook spaghetti.
    Melt 1/2 stick oleo; saute bell pepper.
    Add flour; mix.
    Add milk.
    Cook until just getting thick.
    Add cheese (save handful to sprinkle on top).
    Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, pimento, soy sauce and garlic salt; mix.
    Add spaghetti; fold in chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake about 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Can save baking until the next day.
    Also, freezes well.
