Easy Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. boneless sirloin
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. minced onions
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 bouillon cubes
    2 c. hot water
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cut the sirloin into 1 x 1/8-inch strips and cook in the butter until brown.
    Add minced onion and stir.
    Heat 5 minutes.
    Put in a casserole.
    Melt 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan.
    Blend in flour, hot water, bouillon cubes, Tabasco sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and catsup.
    Cook until thickened.
    Beat in 1/2 cup sour cream.
    Pour over meat and bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
