Pineapple Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 large green pepper, slivered
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks (one 4 1/2 oz. can)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Brown pork in hot oil.
    Season.
    Add bouillon; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Add vegetables and pineapple to mixture. Cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes.
    Blend next 5 ingredients and add to mixture.
    Serve on rice.
    Serves 4.
