Bananas Foster - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. dark rum
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1/2 c. packed dark brown sugar
2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
Preparation

Melt butter in a skillet and stir in brown sugar until melted. Place sliced bananas in the skillet and stir until covered with the mixture of butter and brown sugar.
Remove the skillet from flame and add dark rum.
Light the mixture and let the flame go out.
Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a bowl and arrange banana halves around it.
Drizzle hot sauce over the ice cream and serve immediately!
Serves 2.
