Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. veal and pork combined
    1 big bunch celery
    3 big onions
    1 can bean sprouts
    1 can noodles
    2 cans Chinese sauce
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cut meat in small pieces; put in pan with a little fat and brown good.
    Add celery, onions, 2 tablespoons sauce, 2 tablespoons sugar and a little pepper.
    Cook until done.
    Add bean sprouts, a little thickening (1 tablespoon flour), 1 tablespoon sauce and a little water.
    Garnish with noodles.
