Hot Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. paprika
dash of pepper
5 c. raw shredded cabbage
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except cabbage in deep pan.
Cook over low heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Add cabbage, heat but do not cook.
Serve immediately.
Makes 6 servings.
