Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 lb. potatoes
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. or 1 oz. flour or bread crumbs
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    3 to 4 Tbsp. milk or cream
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed or 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped chives of mixed herbs (parsley, chives or dill)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 to 2 eggs (1 white)
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and mix in salt thoroughly.
    Add grated eggs, eggs and flour.
    Spray pan.
    Put in batter by spoonfuls and press flat.
    Fry until brown and crisp.
    Rub cottage cheese through a fine sieve.
    Mix in milk or cream or caraway seed.
    Season with salt, if unsalted.
