Nonnie'S Tortellini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg and 2 lb. pork (ground together twice)
    3 c. good Romano cheese, grated
    10 eggs
    15 Ritz cracker crumbs (roll between wax paper)
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 small or 1/2 medium onion, chopped very fine and sauteed until very soft with oleo
    7 c. flour
    10 eggs
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix completely and knead until dough is smooth.
    Let stand covered 20 minutes to rest.
    Knead again for 5 minutes and let rest again for 20 minutes.
    Roll out and fill with filling.
