Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 tomatoes (green)
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. oil
3/4 c. crushed soda crackers
Preparation

Wash tomatoes; slice 1/2-inch thick.
Dust with flour.
Dip in egg; coat with cracker crumbs.
Fry in the oil, turning until golden brown.
Serves 2 to 3 people.
