Zucchini Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium, chopped zucchini
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sour cream
    1 large pkg. extra wide egg noodles (light and fluffy)
    sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Cook onion, zucchini and peppers in stick of butter until well done.
    Cook noodles according to package; drain and mix with vegetables.
    Add sour cream.
    Put in Pam-sprayed casserole dish. Put cheese over top.
    Bake 20 minutes to 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
    May be microwaved to let cheese melt.
