Beef And Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
vegetable cooking spray
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 packets Sweet 'N Low
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a medium size, nonstick skillet, brown beef and onion.
Drain fat.
Transfer beef and onion to 2 1/2-quart casserole.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, about 45 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
