Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head lettuce
1 cucumber (medium)
1 green pepper (medium)
1 onion
1 c. frozen peas, thawed and well drained
16 oz. mayonnaise
8 oz. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
bacon bits
Accent
Season-All
Preparation

Pinch lettuce apart and cover bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Add layer of peas.
Combine chopped cucumber, pepper and onion in separate bowl, then add on top of peas.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream.
Spread over salad.
Sprinkle Accent and Season-All.
Place cheese on top.
Add bacon bits when ready to eat.
