Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped sweet pepper
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 hot pepper, chopped (red)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix and pour in skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 in oven until done.
