Appetizer Potato Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tiny new potatoes
    Kraft avocado dip
    4 cherry tomatoes, quartered
    parsley sprigs
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes.
    Cook, covered, in boiling water for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender; drain
    and
    cool.\tCut potatoes in half; place halves in the egg
    tray.
    Spread
    1 teaspoon of the avocado dip over each potato.
    Then top with cherry tomato and parsley. Apply seal; chill until serving time.
