Fresh Vegetable Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks fresh broccoli
    8 large mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
    celery leaves
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Remove flowerets from broccoli; cut into bite size pieces. Reserve stalks for other use.
    Combine all vegetables; toss lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Garnish with celery leaves and tomatoes.
    Chill at least 3 hours.
    Serves 10 to 12.
