Homemade Tater Tots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. minced onions
1 c. flour
1 egg
2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, which should be a stiff dough.
Form into 1-inch balls or drop into hot fat fryer by spoonfuls.
They will puff up and turn golden brown.
Remove from deep fat fryer and drain well on paper towels.
Salt lightly.
Serve as a side dish or use in recipes calling for Tater Tots.
